AIP Paleo Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp ground clove
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes or until the liquid is reduced to half
  3. Let cool, and store in a glass bottle
  4. Keep refrigerated for up to 6 months!
